Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are custom cut as they are received. We try to have all unpainted orders cut then shipped within 5 business days, please allow 2-3 weeks for painted items. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.99 for 1-30 letters.  Please contact us for quantities over 30 letters.  We reserve the right to ship via UPS Ground for larger orders.  Flat rate, $7.99 shipping, only applies to locations in the United States. 

International Shipping

We can ship world wide; If you are interested in having our products shipped outside the United States please click on the 'Contact Us' link.

Returns

If for some reason, you need to return an item, please notify us by email for additional instructions. You must obtain prior return authorization, or you may not receive a refund. We must receive return items 30 days from the date your order was delivered in order to issue a refund. We want you to be completely satisfied.
